Wine Chicken



Wine Chicken

Ingredients:
Whole Chicken
Easley Chambourcin Wine
Barbecue sauce of your choice
Empty can
Assorted spices to taste

Instructions:
Use an empty can & fill with half barbecue sauce & half Easley Chambourcin Wine, & stick it in the end of the chicken. Put the chicken in a baking dish balanced on the can and the legs. Rub the chicken with spices & bake at 350 degrees F until done. Cook until meat thermometer reads 180 degrees F.

This recipe is made like a “beer can” chicken, but with wine!
